Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Ciraqua website and marketplace. By accessing the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use it.

Accounts and membership

One account serves both private persons and companies. Viewing up to 10 hydrogen providers is free. Full access to all hydrogen and EV providers requires a paid membership of 99 EUR per year or 14,99 EUR per month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Memberships renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded for the current period unless required by applicable law. Consumers in the EU may have statutory withdrawal rights; contact us through the service question form on our home page for any request.

Marketplace information

Ciraqua is an information and connection platform. We list third-party providers and do not sell, install or warrant their products or services. We do not guarantee that information on the website is correct, complete or up to date, nor that the website will remain available. Contracts are concluded directly between you and the provider.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to personalise your experience. Required cookies, for example for sign-in sessions, are necessary for operation and do not need consent. You can accept or decline optional cookies. By accepting required cookies you also accept third-party cookies from services integrated on the site, such as the payment provider.

Licence

Unless otherwise stated, Ciraqua and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. You may use it for personal use subject to these terms. You must not:

• Copy or republish material from the website
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from the website
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the website
• Redistribute content from the website, or scrape provider data for resale

User comments and content

Where users can post opinions or information, Ciraqua does not filter or review them beforehand. They reflect the views of the person posting, not of Ciraqua. We may monitor and remove content that is inappropriate, offensive or in breach of these terms. You warrant that you are entitled to post it, that it does not infringe third-party rights, contains no unlawful or defamatory material and is not used to solicit business. You grant Ciraqua a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and edit such content in any format.

Linking to our website

Government agencies, search engines, news organisations and online directory distributors may link to our website without prior approval, provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply endorsement and fits the context of the linking site. Other organisations may request approval by email to the service question form on our home page; please allow 2 to 3 weeks for a response. Ciraqua's logo may not be used for linking without a trademark licence. We may ask you to remove links at any time.

Content liability

We are not responsible for content on your website. No link to us may appear on a site that is libelous, obscene or criminal or that infringes third-party rights.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
